‘Jesus Christ; to love, honour and obey him'

Our calling at Fivehead Baptist Church is to love, honour and obey the Lord Jesus Christ.

To fulfil this calling in all areas of our work and the lives of our fellowship, we have committed ourselves to meet regularly in worship, prayer and to study God's word together.

In doing so, we hope to become more like our Lord wants us to be. We will nurture new Christians, bring them to membership; encourage and equip them for Christian service so that they in turn might spread the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We will provide pastoral care to whoever needs it and support social action at home and abroad.

We believe it is only as we devote ourselves to the above Christian disciplines that we can truly be the Lord's people on this earth.
